When creditors harass you, Matthew springs into action to make sure those phone calls and letters stop. He will tell creditors “NO” you can’t throw people in jail when they owe money, and “NO” you may not call our clients after they file bankruptcy. He also is responsible for the review and approval of documents necessary to file a case, Chapter 7 & 13 Bankruptcy Case Management, and mediation and litigation assistance.

Matthew practices federal law exclusively and is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the Eastern District of Wisconsin. For his legal education he attended Oak Brook College of Law.

A recent transplant to the Milwaukee area from the state of Washington, Matthew is enjoying the dry climate of the Midwest. In his free time he enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, photography and visiting his family on the West Coast.
