Dan Beasley, Attorney
Dan Beasley is committed to using his warm interpersonal skills to answer client questions and concerns in a way that makes them feel comfortable, confident, and fully informed. He primarily assists and advises clients with Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, where he emphasizes acute attention to detail and complete client satisfaction.
While completing his law school education at Oak Brook College of Law, Dan worked full-time as a legal assistant for the Home School Legal Defense Association, a national Washington D.C. based legal advocacy law firm. Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, he’s happy to back in the Midwest after a 4 year stint inside the Beltway.
Dan is admitted to practice law in both Wisconsin and California; he is also licensed in the Eastern District of Wisconsin and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association. Dan practices exclusively federal law, and is admitted to practice law in the state of California and the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Aside from advocating on behalf of his clients, Dan enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and daughter and he’d be happy to join you for a game of basketball.
