Nathan DeLadurantey
Nathan DeLadurantey is a defender of the “little guy,” focusing his practice exclusively on Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy, debtor’s rights, and foreclosure defense.
Nathan believes that an essential part of his job is to be an “advocate” for his clients. He regularly uses bankruptcy and consumer protection laws to recover damages for victims of creditor abuse, predatory lending, stay and discharge violations, and more. His firm has a reputation for holding creditors accountable to the law.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach at Nathan’s office, and each client receives the individual attention necessary to reach their financial goals. Recognizing the needs of working clients, he maintains a flexible schedule and offers evening appointments. Initial consultations are always free, and phones inquiries are always welcomed.
In the rare event that you get his voice mail, Nathan has an office-wide policy of returning phone calls within one business day - and most within a few hours. His clients and support staff call it an “obsession” with returning client messages.
Nathan is admitted to practice law in both Wisconsin and California, in addition to being admitted to the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association, and the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association.

When not eliminating bills for his clients, suing creditors, or spending time with his wife and children, Nathan enjoys running. After a 10 year hiatus from running, Nathan is preparing for his first half-marathon and a few other races.
